Aaron Godbey, one of our firm’s founding partners has extensive experience working with victims of disaster big and small. He has helped ownership groups, property managers, banks, medical clinics and condo associations receive multimillion dollar recoveries, even after they received a denial. Aaron’s practice is focused on first party property and bad faith. He practices in multiple states including Colorado, Florida, Louisiana and is frequently asked to pro hac vice into cases in other states. Aaron is also a proud member of the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.
