Josh was born in Missouri but grew up in Worthington, Ohio. He played rugby in high school, college and overseas, completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, and graduated cum laude from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach in 2004. He has been living with his wife and children in Coral Springs, Florida since 2007.

Josh has been litigating in courts for approximately 20 years. He loves helping people. His practice focuses on insurance and casualty plaintiff litigation, property damage/loss, construction defect, disputes related to insurance coverage, and evaluating the value of a loss.
