Building Hope in Honduras 

At Godbey Giardina Law Group, our mission extends far beyond the courtroom — it’s about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We are humbled to share that our team had the privilege of helping rebuild a church in Honduras, a project that stands as a symbol of hope, faith, and community renewal. Through our partnership and donation efforts, the church has been restored into a safe and welcoming space where families can gather, worship, and rebuild their sense of togetherness.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to support those in need, both locally and abroad. We believe that when we lift others up, we all rise together.

Join us for the first-ever Day of Hope, a special gathering designed to uplift and encourage widows from across Oklahoma. This meaningful event features guest speaker Jennifer Sands, whose powerful testimony of hope after losing her husband in the September 11 attacks will speak to the heart of every attendee.

A devoted husband, father of three children and proud grandfather to five. Jim, a retired staff pastor with 35 years of dedicated ministry holds an associate’s degree in theology. Known for his compassion and commitment to helping others, Jim continues to serve as the Executive Director of Godbey/Giardina Building Hope Foundation.

With a lifelong background in youth ministry and elementary education, he brings a deep understanding of how young people grow and how systems function—or fall short.

Foundation Support

 the grant that the Godbey Giardina Building Hope Foundation gifted Truth in Nature.  As you know this grant was for electrical repair/upgrade and air conditioning at the new regional facility.  This project will provide mentors and boys a safe and fun area to hold our overnight programs for years to come.  We are happy to report the project has been completed, and all funds have been used for the completion of the project.  We are happy to report that we will start running our monthly programs at the facility on May 16, 2025. This will be a valuable resource as we continue to reach the fatherless boys in and around the St. Tammany and Washington Parish area.  Please find attached pictures of the completed project.
 
We want to extend our thanks to each of you for investing into this ministry and the mission to engage and reach the fatherless boys of this nation for Jesus.  If you have any follow up questions please let me know.
