Travis has over twenty years of legal, business/corporate, construction/heavy industry, and insurance claims disputes experience. He has even spent some time climbing on roofs as a roofing salesman. At Godbey Giardina Law Group, his practice is primarily focused on first-party property insurance claims disputes and insurance bad faith cases. Travis hails from Montana and now splits time between his home and our Pacific Northwest office in Spokane, Washington and our Colorado office, handling cases in the Rockies, Pacific Northwest, and Texas. Travis obtained his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and before that attended Texas A&M University obtaining a B.S. in Rangeland Ecology & Management and a B.S. in Sociology.
